A family owned this property for 30 years before we helped them use the MBTA Communities Act to turn it into a 31-unit co-housing development, relocating and preserving an 1800s historic house on site. We are the OPM from concept through entitlement, design, financing, and construction, including tax exempt bond financing and ground lease negotiation, serving as the owner's advocate at every step.
