Mission Grammar School | Boston, MA

$31M three-phase campus expansion for a 135-year-old urban Catholic K-5 school in Mission Hill, Boston. Renovation of the historic rectory at 1545 Tremont, expansion of early childhood education at 94 St. Alphonsus, and a new full-size gymnasium, growing capacity to 450 scholars. Our role: Owner's Project Manager, concept to completion, including tax exempt bond financing and ground lease negotiation. Community preservation funds, City of Boston Landmarks Commission. We're minimizing school operations impact during construction.

Lexington Co-Housing | Lexington, MA

A family owned this property for 30 years before we helped them use the MBTA Communities Act to turn it into a 31-unit co-housing development, relocating and preserving an 1800s historic house on site. We are the OPM from concept through entitlement, design, financing, and construction, including tax exempt bond financing and ground lease negotiation, serving as the owner's advocate at every step.

Dennis Project | Dennis, MA (Cape Cod)

A non-profit church organization is putting land it owns to work for its mission. Our role: Owner's Project Manager from concept through architect selection, design, financing, and construction, including joint venture partner sourcing and negotiation. Unit count to be determined following the architect's highest-and-best-use analysis.
