Mission Grammar School

A $31M three-phase campus expansion for a 135-year-old K-5 school in Mission Hill, Boston. Renovation of the historic rectory at 1545 Tremont, expansion of early childhood education at 94 St. Alphonsus, and a new full-size gymnasium, growing capacity to 450 scholars. Our role: Owner's Project Manager, concept to completion, including tax exempt bond financing and ground lease negotiation. Community preservation funds, City of Boston Landmarks Commission. We're minimizing school operations impact during construction.
